Brittany Dracup is a licensed attorney and is a member of the California Bar Association. She has over a decade of work experience in family law after studying and practicing at private law firms throughout Southern California.
Ms. Dracup developed her strong legal mind and passion for helping families navigate the complex legal process through her extensive volunteer and professional experiences. In particular, she credits her time at the Legal Aid Society for solidifying her passion for family law and commitment to bringing justice for families. As an active volunteer for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Ms. Dracup worked in the Housing, Temporary Restraining Order, and Domestic Violence Restraining Order clinics. Through her services, she aided in providing legal relief to low-income and other at-risk communities within the San Diego area.
She has also provided over 350 hours of pro-bono legal assistance to support families in cases concerning child abduction, custody matters, visitation rights, domestic violence, and other family law support issues. Ms. Dracup continues to provide pro bono legal services for non-profit organizations throughout the region.
Ms. Dracup received her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and her Bachelor's degree in French Studies from the University of San Francisco. In her personal time, Ms. Dracup enjoys an active lifestyle, running, practicing yoga, surfing, and spending time at the beach with her beloved dog, Maybellene.
