Mallory Baldassini

Biography

Mallory Baldassini is the Senior Manager of Legal Operations at Butler Law, PC, where she supports clients and the legal team through the most emotional phases of family law matters. She has worked closely with Owner Elyse Butler and Managing Attorney Sara Dortworth for the past four years and has been an essential part of shaping the firm’s operations today.

Mallory leads many of the systems that keep the firm running. She oversees accounting, collections, HR, and internal procedures, and she is often the one helping clients understand the financial side of their case in a calm and compassionate way. Her role requires patience, problem-solving, and a steady presence. These qualities have made her the person the team turns to when a challenge needs attention or when a client needs a clear path forward.

Before joining the firm, Mallory spent nearly a decade in operations roles. She earned her paralegal certificate with the goal of working in a field that combined structure with helping people. Family law gave her the chance to do exactly that. She has helped build many of the processes the firm relies on today and takes pride in supporting a team that cares deeply about each client’s experience.

Mallory is a San Diego native who values community involvement and volunteers with HandsOn San Diego. When she is not at the office, she enjoys live music, time with friends and family, and relaxing at home with her cat, Bombay.
